Monathist is a small, female-led web design studio in Leicester. We are Mona and Mariam. Two designers and a quiet preference for getting it right the first time.
We started where most of our clients are.
Mona spent two decades building and running online retail businesses. The kind where every page has to earn its keep, and the homepage is a salesperson on a salary.
Mariam grew up around it, then went and earned her own scars in modern web. Performance, accessibility, the craft of building things that load on a Tuesday morning train.
We started Monathist because we kept meeting the same kind of business owner. Brilliant at their craft, quoted four-figures by an agency that would treat them as ticket #4127, and quietly priced out of the kind of website they actually deserved.
So we built a studio for them. Two designers. Two prices. Seven days. No theatre.
